I
think part of what makes this bike so unique and valuable is its ability to
travel. It is so small and light, it can be taken in the trunk of a car and
still leave room for luggage or groceries. I’ve even put it in the back of a
small airplane with no problem. The front wheel has a quick release to reduce
the size even more if needed. Does anyone remember the Pocket Fisherman from
way back? I had one as a kid. It was a fishing pole that folded down to just
about nothing. You could take it anywhere without effort. The Dreamslide
reminds me of that a little with the disclaimer that the Pocket Fisherman
didn’t work all that well and the Dreamslide does. Because of its portability,
it opens up riding opportunities that don’t exist with the bigger rides. It is
so easy to throw it in the car, drive to your destination, and have your bike
ready to roll. No racks, no hassles, no heavy lifting.
